If your Sync Energy charger has gone offline, or you’ve recently changed your router, broadband provider or Wi-Fi password, you may need to update your charger’s network settings. In this video, we walk through how to update your Wi-Fi connection using the Sync Energy app, including connecting to your charger via Bluetooth, updating your network details and completing the network check. Once the update is complete, your charger will automatically reboot and should appear back online in the Sync Energy app, ready to use again.
