Sync Energy launches new installer rewards scheme

Sync Energy has launched a new dual incentive scheme designed to reward installers throughout the customer journey, from product purchase through to installation, commissioning and customer handover.
Running from 4th May to 30th November 2026, the scheme introduces two complementary initiatives: Connect: Buy & Win and Connect: Install & Earn.
Connect: Buy & Win
Sync Energy has teamed up with Kewtech to launch Connect: Buy & Win, giving installers the chance to win a VIP EV race weekend in Monaco alongside hundreds of instant prizes, including Sync Energy and Kewtech products, plus retail vouchers for brands such as Amazon, Marks & Spencer and Greggs.

Buy: Purchase a Sync Energy domestic charger
Play: Upload your receipt at syncconnecttowin.co.uk to access the online slot machine game
Win: Match four symbols to unlock instant prizes
Each qualifying purchase also earns one entry into the grand prize draw.
If multiple qualifying products appear on the same invoice, installers can submit the invoice again for each eligible product.
The promotion is open to UK-based installers aged 18 and over.

Connect: Install & Earn
The Connect: Install & Earn initiative rewards installers with £50 for every two verified domestic EV charger installations completed and connected through the Sync Energy App.
To qualify, chargers must be fully commissioned within the app, set up in installer mode, and handed over to the homeowner, with the end user completing their first charge.
This process helps ensure installations are connected and operational from day one, enabling homeowners to access the full functionality of their charger immediately.
The more qualifying installations completed, the greater the earning potential.
The scheme is open to Sync Energy installers across Great Britain, with existing installers automatically enrolled. Rewards can be redeemed as digital vouchers across more than 500 retailers or, for higher earners, claimed through cashback (via invoice), subject to minimum thresholds and supplier setup requirements.
Payouts will take place in September and December 2026.
